However, one of the office personnel Jenna came to my rescue and went far above her job description. Not only was she helpful but kind and compassionate. I am looking forward to a lengthy relationship with Edgewater manor. I was happy to find everything clean and in working order when I moved in. There are no words to express my gratitude to Jenna. |Recommended: YesI give it all five stars — I lived here for about 5yrs, Now and no problems with anyone plus the landlords are nice to you if you are nice to them. Staff are courteous and polite to you and they listen. Maintenance get here and timely matter.

|Recommended: YesMe tenant — Overall I’m very impressed with the apartments and staff Only issue are the pathways leading to buildings are cracked and have to walk on grass if pulling a dolly or cart. Other then that I highly recommend

|Recommended: YesLove my loft apartment — Apartment was freshly painted, newly carpeted. Lots of closet space and in unit washer dryer is great. The leasing agent was awesome and made the process easy from application to move in.
|Recommended: YesFine with me — It’s a very quiet community, no complaints. It has not been hard for me to get maintenance requests serviced. I wish there would be a play area for younger children, the play ground is for ages 6 I believe. I also wish the hours of the gym can be extended or that we can have access when the office is closed because 9-5’ers like myself can not make the 9-4 gym hours. Lastly, I hope they implement a better way to distribute pool wristbands because again, 9-5’ers like myself can not make it to the office to get a new one every month. Other than that, no infestation problems, no water issues, no AC issues…it’s great for me
